It's been so long since I've used this thing.

Quite embarrassing, I have to admit.

It seems sleep has been difficult for everyone lately, myself included. How many times have I seen Jr.'s pain? How many times have I watched Jin die in my dreams? How many times have I watched myself die? I've lost count.

Asher dreams, too. Of when he was separated from his mother. He refuses to sleep alone these days. Hopefully these nightmares will end soon. Already, the generally mood of this universe has gotten noticeably more irritable.

I think I'm a cat. This in itself really isn't all that bad. It could've been much worse. At least I'm not attacking Asher.

As for Asher, I'm not sure what he is. But he does look adorable with a little bandana and some goggles.

We're almost out of milk, too. We need to get more, but I feel rather lazy. A nap sounds good right now.

...I think trying to fix Radiant Garden is not going to work.. It's been months and it doesn't look any better than it was before.

But the people here seem happy enough. It's probably better to leave this place the way it is. That party is kind of getting loud over there...

I think I'm starting to understand Asher now, as impossible as it may sound. I don't understand his words exactly, but I'm starting to get the meaning behind them.

Maybe I should...go...somewhere?

I went to the King's festival - it was quite fun. I even made a new friend I think. Asch...I guess he must have liked me enough to want to see me again.

Also, when I returned home, I found a strange, yellow mouse-like thing helping himself to my food. I caught him and took him to Merlin, who thinks that it was a creature pulled into Radiant Garden by the Gate. It has some kind of electrical power. He also seems to talk, but all he can say is "Pichu" and any shortened variants of that word. However, he seems to understand what humans say. He must be quite intelligent.

Merlin said there was nothing wrong with me keeping him. So, I've named him Asher, and I guess he's my pet now?
